We offer support, advice and guidance to you if you have been looked after by the local authority at or beyond your 16th birthday.
- Throughcare is the support and advice we offer to you as you prepare to live more independently.
- Aftercare is the ongoing support and advice we offer to you. This can carry on until your 26th birthday.
It is your social worker’s responsibility to make sure that a referral is made to us well before you leave care. This means that your move will take place at the right time.
We offer 1 to 1 and general support with various issues including
- housing
- health
- employment
- education
- money and rights.
We deliver support, advice and guidance through an allocated worker service, a duty service and a variety of groupwork programmes.
