Homelessness Prevention and Housing Options Service for young people
Throughcare and Aftercare works closely with the Homelessness Prevention and Housing Options Service for young people.
The Homelessness Prevention and Housing Options Service provides
- Advice on housing options for young people who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless and are:
- 16 or 17 years old, or
- under 21 and have been looked after
- Emergency temporary accommodation and can also refer to supported accommodation providers.

We are available, at a minimum
- Monday to Thursday from 12:30 to 4:30pm
- Friday 12:30 to 3:20pm
