Changes to bus stops
Some bus stops will be closed and alternative, temporary stops will be put in place. Their locations will be displayed at the existing bus stops and shelters prior to each phase. Alternatively, please contact Lothian Buses at mail@lothianbuses.co.uk or by phoning 0131 555 6363 for more information.
Access to businesses and homes
Throughout the work, you will still have access to businesses and residential properties. Emergency vehicle access will also be maintained at all times. Cyclists will need to dismount adjacent to the work areas where access will only be available along the pavements.
Waste collections
Domestic waste collections will continue as normal. Private waste collections will continue where possible.
Managing disruption
We know this work will be disruptive but we will make every effort to keep this to a minimum and we apologise in advance for any inconvenience, but improving the area will benefit the whole community.
