Report a Royal Mail post box no longer in use

You can report a Royal Mail post box or grey holding box that is no longer in use and adding to street clutter by emailing your details to monitor@royalmailpfs.com.

You will be sent a form to complete that will ask for the following information

  • your name and contact details
  • existing post box number 
  • what is the request is for (for example, removal of street furniture such as an unused post box)
  • location of post box and if it is in private or public land (if known) 
  • general summary of the request and reasons why
