Police Historical Society that exists to identify, locate, record, interpret, and preserve. Society preserves artefacts, photographs, and documentation that relates to the history of policing in Edinburgh, the Lothians, Peebles, and the Borders. Its aim is to ensure that the heritage of policing in the south east corner of Scotland and in the Scottish Borders is remembered, preserved and maintained.
