Glasgow, Newcastle, Liverpool, Bath, Manchester, Belfast, Reading, Northampton, London, New York, Barcelona, Paris, Berlin and too many other cities to mention have a bike hire scheme. Why not Edinburgh?Introduce such a scheme as soon as practicable.
