The affordable homes, a mix of 2 and 3 bedroom houses, cottage apartments and apartments. All properties are designed to be built to the latest building and energy efficiency standards including renewable energy in the form of photo voltaic roof tiles.
Project timescales
Work began in May 2013 and completed in July 2014.
